Because school districts regularly rezone their attendance boundaries, we suggest visiting www.GreatSchools.org and entering the apartment community address to research the schools in our area.

Utilities are not included in your rent. Residents are responsible for set up and payment directly to the following: Electric (PSEGLINY), Gas (National Grid), and Cable/Internet (Verizon or Optimum). Water/Sewer and Trash are set up and billed by the property management company. Please contact the property directly for more information on included utilities.

Cats & Dogs allowed. Maximum of two pets allowed per-unit. Breed restrictions apply. One time $500 fee per-pet. Monthly rent per-pet of $50. Please contact the leasing office for more details at (516) 588-7442.

Application Fee is $20 per applicant, Security Deposit $1,000 per unit.

Our lease term options are 1, 3, 6, 9, 12, or 18 months.

We offer assigned/reserved gated access garage parking for $125 per space per month.

Our cable internet providers are Verizon and Optimum. Residents are responsible to setup and pay the cable/internet provider directly.
